How soon are items shipped?

All orders received by 12 Noon EST are shipped the same business day.
Orders received after 12 Noon EST are shipped the following business day.
Paid download orders are emailed immediately - check your email box for the URL to download in the receipt.

How are items shipped?

Most domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground (unless you ordered expedited shipping) with email tracking to the email address provided in the order.
Sometimes we choose USPS if we feel the item will get there faster or for orders outside of the US 48 states.
International orders are shipped via USPS regular mail.
International customers are obligated to pay all customs fees or applicable taxes.

What about free shipping on items over $100 - how does that work?

Orders over $100 receive free shipping for the US and Canada up to $20 per $100 and this is for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Service only.
It does not include express or expedited shipping but we are happy to offer that service at a discount - just call us at 800-462-2352.
If your order is for another foreign destination or is very heavy we will add a surcharge - you will be contacted and given this option after your order is placed. For example, if you are in Australia or Dubai and the shipping exceeds $20 per hundred we will add on the extra amount - you may cancel the order if you do not want to pay that charge.

How long will it take to receive my items?

A paid download puts your item access in your email box instantly. Handouts and PowerPoint shows may be downloaded. DVDs, Posters and Tearpads must be shipped.
Keep in mind the only way to guarantee an actual delivery date is with UPS air service (3 day, 2 day, overnight). If you need something soon for a presentation the UPS air service is the best way to go.
